Intro
Deliveroo planned their first ever global campaign and needed to localise the creative from Wieden+Kennedy for 11 markets and 7 languages within 8 weeks.
Challenge
With 11 local markets, Global brand teams, creative agency and the media agency, Deliveroo needed a partner who could integrate themselves within the workflow and coordinate all teams to ensure smooth production and delivery of all assets.
Solution
We set up camp at the creative agency and directed the localisation from there working closely with WK creative directors and all other stakeholders to create 1730 assets across TV, OOH, Digital & Social that stayed true to the Global Master and had the right impact in local markets.
