As you can probably tell from our previous posts, we are sporty types here at Jam so we were thrilled to be able to work on this project with A-list footballers from Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City.
This job started as a simple enquiry for translations from the agency Ear To The Ground. They were about to start production to promote Therabody’s role of recovery partner for PSG by shooting several players using their Theragun products. Our brief then expanded to do the post-production and create a suite of videos for social media. Once we were underway and had produced the first few rough cuts, the scope grew again and we received a second brief to do post-production for the Manchester City shoot that was about to happen.
The edits are a mix of the players using the Theragun and footage of them training or playing matches. We also have animated supers that compliment the picture and tell the story of how the Theragun helps players prepare for games and recover from fatigue.
It was a delight to get our teeth in to some creative editing and even with an ever-evolving brief (adding supers instead of using the player VO) we’re really chuffed with how the final assets turned out.
