Many of you that work with us closely and grown up with us over the years, know that we started as a very small tight-knit team of three and all very much part of the day-to-day running of Jam. This is still the same today – it’s in our DNA.
Harry is now fully focused on the newly created role of Head of Operations, concentrating on production, automation technology, IT, process and delivery.
Lucie is Jam’s Head of Content Production and leads the marketing and social output for Jam whilst still producing and working with Neil on sales & account management.
Neil continues in the role of business development, sales, operations and the company finances.
As the business has grown, so has our family and in the past 4 years, we have moved from 3 to 15 amazing members of staff, covering client services, production, editing, motion graphics and VFX.
It’s been a strange time with a lot of our team joining over lockdown so we wanted to take this opportunity to introduce everyone properly, starting with Client services
Introducing Jam’s Client services Team
Joe Goddard – Head of account management
Joe joined the team back in March to build, grow and run the account management team. Unfortunately, Joe only managed 6 days in the office before Covid 19 hit, and has since lovingly become known as our very own patient zero.
With a penchant for Mezcal and Mini Cheddars, we think he fits right in!
Lili Borissova – Account Director
Lili joined the Jam team shortly after Joe, having worked together previously at another business. Lili not only brings a wealth of experience but also an unrivalled passion for production & languages. Originally from Bulgaria other spoken languages (as well as English) include – Latin, ancient Greek & ancient Bulgarian! Day to day, Lili works closely with Joe and Ana Delivering Jam’s
account management function.
With hobbies including dancing, white wine and Arctic monkeys our kitchen disco’s have just gone up a notch.
Ana María Bates – Account Manager
Ana began working with Jam on a freelance basis in October last year, and impressed us so much, we decided to make it permanent. With her easy-going manner she fits right in.
Originally from Romania, then Spain before settling here in the UK, Ana has a natural flair for languages (she’s currently learning Portuguese in lockdown), and having previously spent time at Tag and DDB Spain work she’s a perfect fit with our adaptation team.
When Ana isn’t out on her bike or dancing Bachata she enjoys a nice glass of red whilst planning her next road trip adventure once we’re out of lockdown.
Jerry Leonard – Business Development Manager
Jerry was hired in the summer of last year to help us grow our relationships within the industry. Prior to joining Jam, Jerry spent 10 Years at adstream in a biz dev role where he also worked with Joe
Jerry makes us laugh, with the ability to make a grown man cry – with laughter – we wouldn’t be without him!
